The 8<sup>th<\/sup> South Bohemia Classic, an international one-hundredth rally of classic and sports cars, received entries from a record number of crews, namely 143!<\/p>\n<p>10 different nationalities and 31 car brands are represented in the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/southbohemiaclassic.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/sbc2017_prihlasene-posadky.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">entry list<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 for example Jaguar, Maserati, MG, Cadillac, Triumph, Austin Healey, Ferrari, Chevrolet, Porsche or Mercedes-Benz. The domestic production is represented by \u0160koda, Praga and Tatra.<\/p>\n<p>The biggest event of its kind on the territory of the Czech Republic will start on Friday afternoon, September 8 from P\u0159emysl Otakar II. Square, \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice. After a several hours lasting display of classic and sports cars accompanied by concerts of Dixie Old Boys and \u0160oufl\u0160ou bands, the first car will start to the 117 kilometres long track at 17:30. The <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/southbohemiaclassic.cz\/trasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">road book<\/a><\/strong> will take the participants to Doln\u00ed Vltavice via Hlubok\u00e1 nad Vltavou, Svat\u00fd Jan nad Mal\u0161\u00ed and the centre of \u010cesk\u00fd Krumlov where a commented evening stop will be prepared for spectators. The activities in \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice will be smoothly followed by an audio-visual festival \u201cVltava lives\u201c (Vltava \u017eije) starting at 9 p.m..<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the Saturday leg measuring respectable 300 kilometres, participants will pass the Lipno Dam, drive through Novohradsk\u00e9 hory, Austrian border area or experience the beauty of vast ponds in the T\u0159ebo\u0148 area. And the central square of the world-renowned spa town of T\u0159ebo\u0148 will host the midday lunch break. A ceremonial gala evening with prizegiving will be held in Hotel RELAX, Doln\u00ed Vltavice.<\/p>\n<p>In total the crews will face 12 precision tests during these two days, mostly situated to centres of South Bohemian towns and villages. Therefore the four-wheeled beauties will be close enough to be admired by inhabitants of e.g. Chval\u0161iny, \u010cern\u00e1 v&nbsp;Po\u0161umav\u00ed, Nov\u00e9 Hrady, Chlum u T\u0159ebon\u011b, Trhov\u00e9 Sviny or P\u0159\u00eddol\u00ed.
